1. How to Order?

Add the product(s) that you wish to purchase into your cart.

Checkout after you have finished shopping. If you are a returned customer, please log-in. Otherwise, please register a new account to proceed with checkout.


2. What are the modes of payment?

Payment will be done via Paypal (min $30) or Bank Transfer.


For PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page upon checkout.


For Bank Transfer, please proceed to make payment to the Bank Account Details provided. Then SMS/Email us at: contactus@nathaniel-toys.com with your transaction number.


3. Do I have to pay for shipping/delivery?

Yes, our products prices listed do not include delivery charges.

However, we do free delivery for orders above $60. Please refer to our Delivery Information.


4. Can I self collect?

We do not recommend self collection, but it can be arranged for bulky items or large orders above $150 if it is urgent.


5. When will I receive my item?

After your payment has been received, we will pack them and mail them out within 2-3 working days.

Registered / Normal mail via singpost will usually take 2-3 working days to receive.
Courier Service will depend on the service provided you have selected. However, we cannot guarantee any delay on the third-party side.


6. Can I exchange or ask for a refund?

If the products that you received are defective, please contact us within 7 days and return to us in its original packaging and we will do a 1-1 exchange for you. If the product that you bought is no longer in stock, you may exchange for another product of the same value or higher and top up the difference. “Defective” does not include damaged packaging due to delivery via singpost.


7. Will my particulars be safe when I register to your mailing list?
